24th Annual Effective Schools Conference will place special emphasis on what it means to be an effective school in the 21st century: How do schools approach new challenges in a shrinking world, with an increasingly diverse student body, with improved telecommunications capabilities, and with increased pressure to ensure that ALL students achieve?
