Educational Consultants Needed

Our consultants are hardworking professionals who have made a significant difference in schools as principals and site-based instructional leaders. During engagements, Teachscape consultants plan, lead, and assess professional development, both online and on-site, focusing squarely on instructional improvement. Using Teachscape's methodologies, online content and pedagogy studies, and virtual learning communities, our consultants focus on:

Using data to differentiate and inform instruction
Deepening pedagogical content knowledge
Applying effective research-based practices
Engaging instructional leaders and teachers in a community of learning
Supporting a community of learners both online and on-site
Monitoring instructional improvement

As the company grows and we expand our services, we are continuously looking for consultants dedicated to making every school an effective school. Currently, we have an immediate need for consultants to use Teachscape's core service model, tools, and resources to initiate and sustain improved instruction in classrooms and leadership in schools.

We are seeking high-quality candidates with:

A proven track record of building the internal capacity of instructional leaders to initiate and sustain improved classroom instruction
Up-to-date knowledge of effective research-based instructional practice
Successful teaching and instructional leadership experience
A commitment to using both online and on-site coaching models to lead professional development
A strong background in literacy or mathematics
Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills
An advanced degree in education or a related field

Teachscape provides training in our core service model, our Content and Pedagogy Studies, and the use of our online tools and resources.
