Data-Driven Design

The process begins with data. Teachscape works with a client to collect and analyze key data—summative and formative assessments, student work, classroom walkthrough data, teacher surveys, and other applicable information. Together with the client, we look for a school or district's strengths as well as the learning gaps to identify where and how to focus the professional learning. Based on this data analysis, Teachscape will customize its services for instructional leaders and teachers to reflect an individual school's capacity and needs.
